Heather Pick serves as the weekday morning anchor for 10TV Eyewitness News. She became a member of the 10TV family in October 2002 and joins veteran anchor Chuck Strickler and meteorologist Chuck Gurney for morning newscasts.

Heather is a native of Platteville, Wisconsin. She worked the past 10 years as a reporter-anchorwoman at WREX in Rockford, Illinois, where she was honored by the Illinois Associated Press for a documentary on breast-cancer survivors. At age 35, Heather is battling breast cancer a second time.

Steven Clinton, MD, PhD Co-leader, Molecular Carcinogenesis and Chemoprevention Program Researchers led by Dr. Clinton are working to identify naturally occurring phytochemicals in foods such as soy and tomatoes that may help prevent prostate cancer, the second leading cause of death in American men. for more background information on Dr. Clinton.
